Dominique Chestand
Dominique Chestand is an arts administrator, writer, and filmmaker from Chicago. As an arts administrator and consultant, Chestand has worked with organizations such as the Danish Arts Council, Young Chicago Authors, the Los Angeles Dance Project, the Chicago Park District, Silver Eye Center for Photography, Arcade Comedy Theater, and more. With a background in various creative industries, Dominique aims to support artists, their artistic visions, and their communities.
As the Operations Manager, Dominique works with Shiftworks staff, community partners, and artists to create more equitable and effective practices within Shiftworks' operations. Additionally, she develops strategies for improving the accessibility of public art in the Pittsburgh region.
