Palm Beach County’s Art in Public Places program (PBC AiPP) seeks to commission an Artist or Artist team (Artist) to design, permit, fabricate and install art that helps promote Palm Beach County Mosquito Control Division’s efforts to enhance health and quality of life of residents and visitors through the reduction of mosquito populations.
A new +/-6.17 acre Mosquito Control Division (MCD) Compound is being built to replace the Mosquito Control Facility. The Compound supports MCD operations, but is not regularly visited by the public. Therefore, the artwork is to be sited for the public to experience it as they pass by along Lantana Road.
